Dallas Garden Services LLC provides landscaping, lawn care, and property maintenance services in the Dallas, Texas area. Our services may include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly lawn mowing, edging, and trimming
  • Lawn treatments and fertilization
  • Seasonal cleanups (spring and fall)
  • Tree and shrub planting
  • French drain and drainage solutions
  • Commercial landscape maintenance
  • Landscape upgrades and curb appeal enhancement

The specific scope of work will be defined in a written estimate or service agreement provided prior to commencement of work.

3. Estimates & Quotes

  • All estimates are free of charge and provided upon request.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
  • Final pricing may vary based on property conditions discovered during the walkthrough that were not apparent at the time of the initial estimate.
  • We reserve the right to decline any job or modify our service offerings at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice.
  • For one-time projects, payment is typically due upon completion of work.
  • For recurring services (e.g., weekly mowing), payment is due on the scheduled service date or as agreed upon.
  • Late payments may incur a service fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Texas law, whichever is less.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. A convenience fee may apply to card payments.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Scheduled services must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • If we need to reschedule due to weather or operational reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

Outdoor landscaping services are subject to weather conditions. In cases of severe weather (heavy rain, extreme heat, storms, or other acts of God), we reserve the right to postpone service without penalty to either party. We will communicate any weather-related changes as promptly as possible.

7. Property Access & Liability

  • You agree to provide safe access to the property for our crew during scheduled service times.
  • Please secure pets, close gates, and remove personal items from work areas before our arrival.
  • Dallas Garden Services LLC shall not be liable for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or actions taken by the customer or third parties.
  • We carry general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by our crew, please report it within 48 hours so we can file a claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Dallas Garden Services LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation in Dallas County, Texas, before resorting to litigation.
